All photoyourbag.com products are custom made specially for you, so please carefully review your selection before placing the order. No substitutions, changes or cancellations are available once the order has been placed. Our goal is to please all customers. Quality satisfaction terms on all finished products are based on the image requirements being met. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products being custom made, returns due to poor quality images submitted will not be accepted. If the image requirements are not met, before producing the product we will contact you requesting an alternative image. If the requirements cannot be met, we'll provide you with the option of continuing production with that image.  In that case, the sale will be final. For finished products that have been produced after having met the image reaquirements, there is a satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event of a customer receiving our product and not being satisfied, contact us at 781-755-2536 within 7 days of receiving the order for a Return Authorization Number. After receiving this number, return the unwanted item and we will either redo it free of charge or offer a full refund (minus any shipping or processing charges applied).
